Kingsclere Ukulele Group Workshops / Sessions

The established format for our ukulele sessions is that your first workshop is FREE and subsequent ones are £7.00 (payable to the tutor and also includes the cost of the venue and tea and coffee etc) payable on the evening. If you are new to the ukulele, you may wish to consider our beginners classes.

Workshops are held every other Tuesday from 7.30-9.30pm at the Kingsmill Room which is part of St Mary's Church, Kingsclere.

Next class: Tuesday, 1st August

How to find us

You can use streetmap view or your Sat Nav using postcode RG20 5PJ. St Mary's Church is in the centre of Kingclere and you can park in either The Crown car park or the small car park opposite the church. The entrance is on the side of the Church opposite to The Crown public house.

Workshop details

Each workshop aims at having general tuition and learning new songs from 7.30-8.30pm and then from 8.30-9.30pm individual guidance and practice of the songs we are already working on.

Please note that your ukulele will need to be in C tuning (from top to bottom g C E A). If you don't have a clip on tuner, try this online tuner. If you are in any doubt about this, don’t worry, we can show you how to tune your ukulele. If you don't have your own ukulele, please let us know before turning up to a session and we will endeavour to bring one along for you to borrow for the evening.
